The NewGround Group, Inc. is an organization committed to the development of the local church. We know church. Our founder and president Don Allensworth is known as “The Church Health Guy” and one of the top strategic transition specialists in the country. Don has undergraduate degrees in Architectural Design and Business. He completed his MDiV BL at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He regularly still preaches and has served in the roles of Executive Pastor and Student Pastor and brings tremendous creativity and insight to each situation and project.
