Growing a healthy church certainly has its challenges. Rarely do churches have the benefit of balanced growth and the resources to match. Different seasons in the life cycle of the church require different resources, focus and effort. Our goal, with each of our services, is to walk beside and help you through your specific strategic transitions.

Would you like to connect more quickly with your prospects and guests?

  • Would you like to see a higher retention rate with first time guests?

  • How many families can you realistically reach before adding services?

  • How accurate has your organizational forecast planning been in the past?

  • Are you confident in your organizational ability in developing additional giving units?

  • How can you most effectively close the back door on membership loss?

  • Does your organizational strategy successfully help you assimilate and move people, money and communication in and through your church?

Our consulting approach has been developed from years of day-to-day experience on staff with growing churches.  We understand each church is different and has it’s own unique DNA.  We offer a very extensive and custom assessment of your Platform, Organizational and Programming Ministries.  The unique relationship between these 3 primary areas is the conduit of communication and source of health.  In a growing church, often because of limited personnel, it becomes difficult to focus on all three areas at once.

Platform Ministry (not preaching style)

  • How can I know each leadership platform is communicating a consistant message?

  • Does each ministry represent the appropriate focus on communication?

  • Are there obvious “front doors” identified in each of our ministries?

Organizational Ministry

  • Do we have clear paths for various types of people to step into our church and then through to maturity?

  • Are we effectively moving our resources in and through our organization?

  • Do we have the correct people in place to move ministry and people forward?

  • How do we accurately measure effectiveness in each ministry?

  • Do we have the giving units we need to do what God has called us to do?

  • How connected do our volunteers really feel?

  • How can we connect with guests and new members more effectively?

  • Is our communication strategy continually getting better?

Programming Ministry

  • Does the ministry programming we have in place represent our commitment to the Lord?

  • Are we as effective as we could/should be?

  • Are we too busy doing good things but maybe not the right things?

  • Are we making the appropriate investment in each of our ministries related to the programs of our church?
